Thirteen years ago I did my high school senior project on Robert Johnson. I painted a picture of him, I researched and wrote a report on him, and I taught myself how to play some of his music in his distinctive "claw-hammer" style of finger-picking on the guitar. This song showcases his talent quite well. This 1936 recording is of Robert alone with his guitar, even if it at times sounds like there is more than one guitar present.


This one shows his playing pretty well, too.

I remember that episode actually, the grim adventures of billy and mandy was by far one of my favorite shows on CN even more so than some of the crap they tried to push on Adult Swim.

Robin Hood was my favorite Disney movie as a kid. It was like an English folk tale told by a bunch of redneck cartoon animals. What's not to like about that?
