Hail..my name is Silvermaine i first came into contact with the Snowhawks on AoC as a general in the SoTBS, I was the first in the guild back when it was called the riders of malice i handed over the reigns to akhala when i wasnt on as much.. im 40 years of age can accompany the clan on Mortal online as thats where i plan to play ..AoC isnt gaetting any better at the moment perhaps after the new expansion..i can play after 5PM any day eastern time,
I have played many mmorpgs such as AoC, Darkfall, NwN1 and 2, and WoW, i know i can be a good addition to a great clan..i was told by Orianna..the character on Mortal online to apply i think her other character is known as Sylver? THanks for your concideration

If you don't mind could you please elaborate on why you want to join up? right now we may be a little scattered but recruitment standards aren't something we're going to let up on, so we'd like to get to know you a little better, also post in the public forums a bit if you have the time, we're a very active community and prefer to know our applicants.

Silvermaine, glad to see you found your way to our forums. I had a great time doing some theiving runs through Meduli eith you the other day. Let us know more about your interests, if you have any interest in the lore of the Conan series, where you're from and what kinda of characters you've played over the years. Just kinda flesh out what you had written earlier. The clan is testing the waters with MO to see if that's the direction we want to go. Others are playing different games and we're certain;y not AoC focused anymore (just like yourself).

Post more if you really are interested in becoming part of the SHC presence in MO.

Please realize that this is the first app we have had for some time, and I believe the first we have seen for MO? Back in the AoC heydays, there was quite the app process. You would put in an app, and based on that first draft you would generally either get raving welcomes, or some variation of Pimp that app (Variation #2), or if it was a really bad one line app, flush that app out some. I can't wait to chop some new ones for MO

Even if the initial app was up to par, you where still in for a month + trial period before granted full membership, which was given by fellow SHC members via a vote. This helped curb lots of Camel-toe (TM) down the road. Although some things will be different in MO vs AoC; I agree with Hakon, our recruitment process and standards will be the same. Poking and prodding apps is also part of the process, so no worries.

Who where you in AoC? Generally speaking, what type of characters do you like to play? Why SHC and why so early, before we have attempted to carve our place in Nave?

Im from upstate New York, I work as a supervisor in a veal slaughter house...I havent read the series of conan but am going to go and get a copy from my lybrary.. Im more into David Ebbings, and love the series The magician the magician apprentyice and so on..Im the past ive played some very evil characters..Like Millamber i used on almost all the Rp servers of Never Winter Nights(Wizard)..didnt really like WoW as it was more kid oriented..AoC seemed like the game i was waiting for..I formed the riders of m,alice was going for a mercinary guild more on the evil side..would do almost anything for gold. Then as i got more into it i got the promotion at work and lost time to play so i handed the reigns over to Akhala it was turned into the guild Soldiers of the black sun.They became alittle to good for my likes i hade other ideas, then the rules started comming from Akhala and her husband thats when i stopped playing with the guild.. i hope to have some freedom to develope my character on any server that i play( dont like gankers as i hate being ganked) i say kill the player and move on dont kill him or her again for atleast an hour unless of course they come back at you for more, I like rp..i want to make a thief and a wizard...would like to beable to try and rp embezelment murder for hire or simple stealing from others for profit, my guy will be neutral evil... i wouldnt murder anyone that doesnt have a closet full of skeletons..unless the gold was too much to say no ...I am a family man at heart and love mine ..have 2 dogs 4 cats 2 boys and a bird ...my own zoo with me being the silverback and my wife being the warden ..thanks again for your concideration and anything else you would like to know ask and i will answer

i want to join Snowhawks mainly because ive heard you are a stand up guild i have rped with some from your clan As silvermaine and Millamber on Aoc..i cant remember who it was, it was a meeting to sell our services as the merc guild , i also bumped into Sylver and we hit it off..very helpful and patience two other things im looking for in a guild and companions.

1 question for you though at this time:

Why join a guild for Mortal Online before it even launches? What is it about us that made you choose us over the other, potentially more active guilds available in the Mortal Online Beta?

i met one of your members on there (mortal online ) he said he was from your guild i knew your guild from AoC so i guess it was just that i hit it off with Sylver..and why not dominate or make your presence felt on all server s and games...

Anyways yeah people in SHC plan to play Mortal Online, if you are looking for close knit group of mature gamers who place fun above all else then you have found the right group of players. Have you joined us on ventrilo at all? That will be a mainstay for communication in Mortal Online and these forums of course.
