Our friend and member Amra the Lion, has started a petition over at his home site AmratheLion.com to make an appeal to paradox in response to the Conan movie plot synopsis released to the public and featured on Deadcentral.com in November. We here at the SHC unanimously support this petition to have Paradox change plans for the upcoming movie and feel that it is a shame that the production company feels that such a shallow plot and character list would actually be better for a movie than a story and roster that honors and follows closely the vision of Robert E. Howard.

Simply stated, Paradox has the choice of making a movie no one would want to see or making and epic Conan movie on par with the Lord of the Rings series. Hopefully this petition can guide them into the right direction.
